ACFK1600 type (The date device and the photoelectric sensor in the photograph are optional. )

1. Movement of a bucket can be infinitely variable using an inverter, and can be adjusted from 0 to the maximum high speed by dial operation, and seal time can be freely adjusted from 0 to the maximum time using a timer.
2. Since the heater adopted the air cylinder mode, it can apply one a maximum of 3 times the pressure of this compared with the conventional packing machine (our company make).
3. The safety device of each part attached to all the packing machines of our company and the bucket switch which does not move if a article is not put are attached to this machine.
   More than the 1600 type, double line heater, an extraction rail, the equipment which pushes out the air which remains in the bottom of tofu are equipped standardly.
4. Date equipment, encaustic doubling equipment, and filling equipment are also attached.
   It is designed so that the alignment conveyor for connection with all makers' tofu automatic pack stuffing machine or a long conveyor may also be attached.
5. Furthermore, trimming equipment is also simply attached by using the 2nd heater as a punch.
