"Super Capper" The lid supply machine for trays

1. A lid is automatically supplied only by placing on a conveyor of "Super Capper" the tray into which food etc. was put.
2. Since the set method of a lid is downward, dust etc. does not go inside a lid.
3. When a lid decreases or a tray is got blocked, while emitting an alarm, equipment is stopped automatically. And electric contact for stopping the equipment of order is also prepared.
4. "Super Capper" is realized in the conveyor belt section and the cassette unit section (lid supply section).
5. The conveyor belt section can perform adjustment of width simply only in handle operation.
6. It can respond also to the tray of other sizes immediately. Because the cassette unit section can exchange by one-touch.
   In addition, this lid supply section can be adjusted to freedom, such as width and height. (However, since fine tuning is required, it takes time somewhat.)

1. Both the side type is used for the lid with the center rose. The upper part uses a flat type for an even lid.
2. A lid does not have a crevice and is closed firmly. Because front and rear, right and left is pressed fit simultaneously.
3. "Press Capper" solved the difficult problem that the root of a finger will tend to become tenosynovitis if the pressing work of a lid is continued by hand for a long time.
